1. Fill a large jar with water and 4 naturally decaffeinated tea bags.
Place in a sunny location for a few hours.
Now you'll need to gather your ingredients.
Fill your pitcher a third of the way with limeade.
Add 2-3 limes, sliced.
Add 1/3 cup sugar.
Have your Momma add the sun tea to the pitcher,
and be sure she fills it to the top.
Now grab the biggest spoon you can find and stir it up.
Pour yourself a glass,
and enjoy!
Did you know that regular old decaffeinated tea is loaded with antioxidants?
They help keep you healthy.
My Momma told me that.
....................
Even though this is just mixing up a simple drink,
I used it as an opportunity to sneak in a talk
about how it's important to choose what we put into our bodies.
So yes.
I did tell him that.
